• Overhauled and streamlined an existing insurance profiling process reducing time spent on this task by 70%

• Managed over 30 simultaneous complex technical projects with competing priorities, ensuring deliverables were met on time, and issues that may affect deliverability were escalated

• Created and implemented project management and operational processes that successfully increased project on-time completion rate from 40% to over 90%

• Established and implemented company-wide operational processes, procedures, and integrations while constantly evaluating the systems to identify opportunities to implement process improvements, leveraging feedback from teams.
